    The blowing device 9 is located in front of the aforementioned initial portion of the perforated conveyor belt 6, and has nozzles 12 that blow air jets against the dampened face of the strip elements 1a to push the strip elements 1a against the perforated conveyor belt 6 so that the belt elements 1a are attached thereto in its entire width.
    As best shown in Fig. 3, the blowing device 9 comprises a blower tube 13 transversely supported in front of the initial portion of the perforated conveyor belt 6 covering the entire width thereof. The nozzles 12 are distributed along the blower tube 13 and face the perforated conveyor belt 6. In the embodiment shown , the blower tube 13 comprises a tubular wall and a hollow interior, and the nozzles comprise a series of holes formed in the tubular wall of the blower tube 13 in communication with the hollow interior thereof. A stopcock 16 is interposed in the pressurized air supply conduit 14, which, for example, has a hand operated handle 27.
    The apparatus shown in Figs. 1, 2 and 3 allows to implement a method of bonding rolls of plastic film bags joined in the form of a band according to the present invention, using a continuous strip of strip material 1 made of recyclable kraft paper. The method comprises the following steps.
    First of all, supply the continuous strip of strip material 1, which has an initially dry sticker face, and guide the continuous strip of strip material 1 towards the bonding unit 2 by the guide rollers 3. Next, moisten the sticker of the continuous strip of strip material 1 by means of the wetting device 4 which is arranged at the entrance of the bonding unit 2.
    Then, cut the continuous strip of strip material 1 transversely by means of the cutting device 5 to form the strip elements 1a of predetermined length, and retain the strip elements 1a suctioned to the perforated conveyor belt 6 in the unit of angry 2, with the sticker face and moistened on a side opposite to the perforated conveyor belt 6. The method further comprises blowing air jets against the sticker and moistened of the strip elements 1a by means of the blowing device 9 to push the strip elements 1a against an initial portion of the perforated conveyor belt 6, so that the strip elements 1a are attached thereto over its entire width.

    Fig. 4 shows an angry bag roll 28 which includes one of the plastic film bag rolls 8 with the belt 10 placed around it by the method 20 of the present invention. The belt 10 is made of recyclable kraft paper and the bags that make up the roll plastic film bags 8 are made of recyclable plastic. The strip 10 is formed by one of the strip elements 1a wound and glued around the roll of plastic film bags 8, with an end portion of the strip element 1a superimposed and glued to another end portion of the strip element 1a.
